Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
