Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Loom Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
