Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
