Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
