Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Wren Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
