Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
