Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 787 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
