Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Quill Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
