Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Louisville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
