Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 905 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
