Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Foxglove West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
