Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
