Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Drift Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
