Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Lumen Corner Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
