Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
