Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
