Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Haven Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
