Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Staffing places workers with employers around Tucson, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
