Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 971 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
