Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wilder Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
