Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
