Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
