Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Stone Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
