Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
