Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Raleigh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
