Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Lumen Willow Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
