Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 396 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
