Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
