Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Cedar North Early Learning Partners is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
