Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
