Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Staffing Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
