Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
