Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
