Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Birch Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
