Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Harbor Health provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
