Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
