Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group is a Portland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 318 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
