Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Portland, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
