Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
