Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Medical Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
