Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
