Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
