Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
