Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Vale Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
