Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
