Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ember Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
