Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Orlando with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
