Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Vista Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
