Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
