Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Oakland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
